Your order is packed in fully curbside recyclable boxes supplied from the team at TemperPack. Their ClimaCell boxes are manufactured from renewable plant-based components and paper. They're designed to protect your fish and keep it at the right temperature during transportation, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.
They are then sent out via DPD on overnight delivery arriving with you the following day.
The quality of seafood landed and reared by British boats and producers is unrivalled, especially when it's this fresh. So, we go to every length to ensure it's handled with the care and attention it deserves.

All fresh fish can be frozen. We recommend freezing your catch as soon as you receive your delivery. When you defrost them, it is important that you do this thoroughly before cooking. It is best if you defrost them in the fridge and use them within 24hrs . Please remember that live products like clams and mussels should never be frozen.
If you buy over £40 of our fishermen's catch, delivery from port to door is free! However, if you're just after a few little treats from the day's landings, a smaller box only costs £7.50.
If you need to make any special changes or would like to cancel your order, we only request that you let us know before midnight by sending us an email to email@example.com. This is because our port team runs a very tight ship, working to specific timeframes for grading, packing and delivery to ensure you can have your catch on the table next day!
When ordering, please refer to the delivery banner at the top of the page, which tells you what day you should expect your delivery and how long is left in the current delivery window to place your order. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us and our courier partner, DPD, confirming the day your order is expected to arrive.
