After 3 years of exploring the perfect salmon producer, we're proud to be supporting Wester Ross up in Ullapool. As the last Scottish owned producer, the fish that these guys create are like bars of silver thanks to their unique method. The meat is so gorgeously firm and without those zebra crossing fat bands that you see on most farmed salmon.
We've picked a fish that can be popped into an oven, on the BBQ or filleted up to cook however you like. Either way, you won't go back to your old salmon once you've tried this!
